Samboos, Samosa and Sambusek

A cross cultural and food storytelling workshop with flavors from the SWANA region. We had demonstrations on how to make variations of this dish and participants had a chance to try making the dishes. We tried the variations of the dish from Somalia, Sudan and Pakistan.
